Fall Tech+Move Trainings

Fall Tech+Move program offers several components that break the game down into specific scenarios on the pitch. This program provides the tools for players to develop technical skills (dribbling, passing & finishing) and experience game-like situations (1v1s, 2v1s, 2v2s, 3v2s, 3v3s and 4v4s). Each session will consist on 15 minute stations that focus on these components, but also work on the following; Injury Prevention, Speed & Agility, Strength & Conditioning and Ball Mastery.

The aim is to place players in game-like situations to allow them to visualize and recognize these pictures when they step on the pitch. It is important that our players are exposed to a developmental program that is both progressive and ability-based so that each player will be challenged to reach new levels appropriately.

Trainings are run by MetaSport club coaches in an effort to expose players to new faces and coaching styles.

While not mandatory, the trainings are a great learning opportunity for players of every age group and are included in the annual club dues. Take advantage of this great resource!
